Gone are the days when you could just put up a Web site and do some basic optimization to get top placement in the SERP’s. Now days with the competition so great with the mix of Social Media Marketing, Blogging, Videos, News Feeds and so on that your chance of getting one of the top 10 spots for your Web site is proving to be harder and harder.
